New Abstract Watercolor, clouds, comedy and back patio

So, we've been fixing up our back patio and it's looking very nice now. Our old studio did not have a secluded, outdoor place for us to hang out but this new house does and we love it! Nice also that there is wifi out there. Got a cool shot of clouds in the shape of a heart on one of my walks. Check out my new, official head-shot for comedy! (thanks, Joe) I was interviewed last week for a national comedy magazine, the Comic Bible Magazine, look for it really soon. My new abstract is called, "The Aloha Tree" - I think I have been very influenced by all the banyan tree pictures I've been taking~ ALOHA!

"The Aloha Tree" (new abstract 11" x 15" available - email me:swartzkopf@yahoo.com

I heart clouds!

  1. Think Different Indeed!
" After dropping out of Reed College, a stronghold of liberal thought in Portland, Ore.,
in 1972, Mr. (Steve) Jobs led a countercultural lifestyle himself.
He told a reporter that taking LSD was one of the two or three most important things he had done
in his life. He said there were things about him that people who had not tried psychedelics —
even people who knew him well, including his wife — could never understand. " New York Times

  2. The Steve Jobs remarks are to sort of 'pre-emptively' speak to any who may question your use of the word 'psychedelic.'

The word means: "Mind expanding." It is also a style of Art that Ericka sometimes uses.

Congratulations on this interesting new blog, Erika! (We were in a band together - but that is a story for another time :-)
