Summertime..and the living's easy

Hello There Everyone! Hope you are having a great summer, I put together my ninth Female Comics of Hawaii show at Hawaiian Brian's last week on Friday June 28th and we got a pretty good crowd and everyone had fun and the Hamajang Band played a great set also. Earlier that week, we were on the KITV4 TV morning show and I was also featured in the latest edition of Cherry Pop revue magazine. We look forward to our next show at Adega Portuguesa restaurant on 7/27/13, seating 6:30 pm. Lots of lazy beach days for me, squeezed between busy workweeks, Queens Surf Beach, Waimanalo & Kaimana, tons of open mic comedy. I now host an open mic at Station Bar every 2nd and 4th Thursday, check it out!

Late spring has been great, trip to Waimanalo, a new abstract painting, a free california king bed for us, a dinner cruise on the Navitek with friends, Queens' Surf Beach, a new gig hosting open mic comedy at Station Bar 2nd and 4th Thursdays and our upcoming Female Comics of Hawaii show at Hawaiian Brian's is Friday, June 28th, 7-11 pm $10 cover at the door~ Aloha! Oh, and the Female Comics of Hawaii will be on the KITV morning show on Tuesday June 25th~ Aloha!

Makua birthday Campout 2013~

We went camping for the yearly Erika and Cynthia's birthday Makua. Got there and managed to get the spot closest to the parking lot, saw anamazing rainbow in the valley that stayed for an hour! Rainy but Cynthia had a tarp and we were right next to a big tree. Then our tent poles broke, oops! We watched a fantastic sunset, played lots of great music and it suddenly got calm and clear, so much so that Joe broke out his cello, everyone jammed and the stars were so bright they looked fake and huge. A very dark night when you can see not only every star in the sky, but satellites, too! Chris and Gary made a great fire and there was enough firewood to last til morning and while Joe and I slept in the car, they jammed all night long~ Beautiful Makua, such blessings, same as it ever was~
